DiveCon's and Dive Masters wanted

The Dive Victoria Group Australia’s largest temperate water charter operator is looking for the services of experienced Divemasters/Dive Con’s for both their Portsea & Queenscliff operations.

Reporting to the centre manager, the successful applicant will have proven customer service experience, & dive industry experience an advantage.

Main duties include but not limited to deckhand & watch duties onboard our fleet of 5 vessels, administration tasks (bookings, phone enquiries & emails), providing professional, informative & safe guidance/instruction in water based activities, including scuba diving and snorkelling.

Critical & Essential Qualifications

PADI or SSI Divemaster/Dive Con or Instructor certification
Current commercial dive medical AS2299
Senior Level II first aid
Current drivers license
Oxygen Therapy Provider/Defibrillator – would be advantage
Coxswains certificate – would be advantage
Computer literacy skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal & customer service skills a must.

Previous experience in simular role would be an advantage. We offer competitive remuneration for correct applicant.

The Queenscliff Dive Centre is Victorias premier dive facility. School Aquatics is the Dive Victoria Groups specific arm that caters for all your school activity needs around the water. From snorkel trips to learn to dive, just a day or stay in one of our purpose built lodges, you will find safe and enjoyable activities for all students of all ages.

The Salt House Group accommodation house is a beautiful place to escape to picturesque Queenscliff, Victoria. This converted guest house comfortably sleeps groups of up to 32 people in a range of bedding formats. It is the perfect way to visit Queenscliff and stay in the heart of town.

What a better way than to see the bay than from the water! With Bay Cruises we can take you day or night to see some of the fantastic sites that only can be seen from the water. Individuals or groups are welcome to partake in a range of tour cruises from 1 hour to half a day. You will enjoy your time onboard one of the fantastic Dive Victoria Group vessels and see some memorable sights.

Victoria is already considered as the best temperate water diving anywhere in the world but we are eagerly awaiting the jewel in the crown. The Ex HMAS Canberra is being prepared for scuttling on our door step. With over 150 dive sites to choose from the Canberra is going to be the perfect addition to make a visit to Victoria a must for every keen diver.
